Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Specialized Electrical Solutions. By requesting and approving electrical services from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, protect both parties, and establish a clear understanding of expectations.

1. Payment Terms

• A 50% partial payment is due before or upon commencement of work.

• Final payment is due upon completion of the project and receipt of the invoice.

• Payments may be made by check, cash, cashier’s check, or other agreed-upon means. Digital payments such as Venmo or similar services are accepted but will incur a 5% processing and convenience fee.
  

2. Project Approval

• Approval to proceed must be submitted in writing and emailed to:  info@specializedelectricalsolutions.com

3. Scheduling of Work

• Work will be performed during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, based on our availability, existing contracts, emergencies, and weather conditions.

• Work performed on weekends, holidays, or nights at the customer’s request will incur additional charges.

4. Financing

• We value win/win relationships with our customers.

5. Late Payments

• If payment is not received or postmarked within seven (7) days of invoice receipt, a 1.5% daily compound interest will be imposed.

• If full payment is not received within thirty (30) days, Alabama law allows for liens or filing in small claims court.

• In the event of legal action or collections, the customer is responsible for attorney fees, collection costs, and related expenses.

6. Liability

• Specialized Electrical Solutions is not responsible for:
  • Accidents or incidents related to items identified but not repaired.

  • Damage or issues caused by others after our work is performed.

  • Damage from acts of God (including but not limited to lightning, storms, flooding, etc.).

7. Proposal Validity

• All proposals and estimates are valid for seven (7) days from the date issued.

8. Customer Acknowledgment

By accepting and approving a proposal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
